Intended Use

The pendulum-bucket elevator is used for highly gentle vertical conveying of all types of granular products. It is particularly suitable for the seed industry. It can also cover long horizontal distances, thereby replacing a combination of a belt conveyor and a conventional bucket elevator.

Technical Specifications

  • Pendulum-bucket Z elevators can be manufactured from AISI 304, AISI 430, galvanized or painted material, depending on requirements and the installation site.
  • Sheet-metal dust collection drawers are provided beneath the elevator.
  • Certified food-grade plastic buckets are used in the elevator.
  • Chains are heat-treated in accordance with standards.
  • AISI 304 stainless steel is used in the gear system.
  • The Z elevator has one standard product inlet and one outlet.
  • The horizontal and vertical lengths of pendulum-bucket Z elevators can be manufactured to the required dimensions.
  • As it is designed with a 90-degree outlet on the vertical axis, it offers effective solutions for installations with limited space.
  • One or more additional feeding points can be fitted to the Z elevator. (Optional)
