Conveyor Belt

Belt conveyors are used in food-processing plants to convey products horizontally along the production line.

The conveyors have a strong press-bent structure.
The conveyor belt chassis is manufactured from mild steel sheet and can also be made from stainless steel sheet if required.
The standard belt width is 400 mm. (Wider or narrower versions are available as an option.)
A smooth-surface polyurethane belt is used as standard; PVC, rubber or patterned belts may also be used depending on the application.
The conveyor drive system uses a geared motor, with a belt or chain as the power transmission component.
An idler roller system is used to prevent the belt from slipping sideways.
The standard drive and idler drums are Ø160 mm, but may vary depending on belt thickness and length.
Conveyor belt legs are fixed and manufactured to the required height.
Motor power varies according to belt length and width.
