Technical Specifications
The screw conveyor consists of two structures. The U-shaped product trough enables proper product movement during rotation and also supports the drive system. The material thickness is 2.0 mm.
The conveying screw consists of flights mounted on a thick-walled pipe of suitable diameter for the intended application.
The screw material is 4.0 mm thick. Due to the forming process, the thickness decreases to 2.0 mm at the outer edge.
It is equipped with a robust bearing system.
The screw conveyor is equipped with advanced safety measures, including a sensor-equipped overflow cover and a rotation sensor, to ensure maximum safety.
Screw flights are manufactured from cold-drawn material of a diameter appropriate to the capacity.
The screw is secured by hanger bearings at the required intervals.
Sheet-metal thickness is normally 2-2.5 mm; black steel, galvanized steel, 430 or 304 stainless steel can be used as required.
A coupling is used to transmit power between the geared motor and the screw.
The coupling is rubber-equipped to provide flexibility to the motor.
