Technical Specifications

• The conveyors have a robust press-bent steel construction.
• The belt conveyor chassis is made from mild steel, with stainless steel available on request.
• A 400 mm wide belt is standard; narrower or wider belts are available on request.
• A smooth polyurethane belt is standard. PVC, rubber or patterned belts can be supplied according to the application.
• The drive uses a geared motor with a belt or chain transmission.
• Idler rollers prevent the belt from drifting sideways.
• Standard drive and idler drums are Ø160 mm; dimensions may vary with belt length and thickness.
• Fixed conveyor supports are manufactured to the required height.
• Motor power varies according to conveyor length and belt width.
