The screw conveyor consists of two main sections. Its U-shaped trough supports the product and houses the drive mechanism; trough material thickness is 2.0 mm.
The screw flights are mounted on a heavy-wall pipe of suitable diameter for the intended application.
Screw flight material thickness is 4.0 mm, reducing to approximately 2.0 mm at the outer edge due to the forming process.
