The machine is used after hazelnut cracking to separate cracked natural hazelnut kernels from uncracked in-shell hazelnuts. Separation is performed using the eccentric motion principle. Cracked kernels are directed to the air-separation line, while uncracked in-shell hazelnuts are returned to the cracking machine.
