A portable laboratory-type machine that cracks in-shell hazelnuts, extracts the kernels without damage, separates kernels from shells, and determines the hazelnut yield.
The Hazelnut Yield Testing Machine is a portable laboratory-type machine designed to physically crack individual in-shell hazelnuts and extract the kernels without damage. It collects shells, kernels, and the dust and fine particles produced during cracking in separate compartments, allowing the yield (kernel recovery rate) of a hazelnut crop to be determined.
